How does same-day delivery work, and what are the cut-off times?

We offer fresh, same-day flower delivery across Toronto and the GTA! All of our flowers are designed, arranged, and delivered fresh the very same day. Here is our delivery schedule:

  • Same-Day Cut-Off Times: To ensure delivery today, please place your order before 12:30 PM (Mon–Fri), 11:30 AM (Saturday), or 10:30 AM (Sunday). Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the next business day.
  • Standard Delivery Windows: Your flowers will arrive between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or during our Evening window from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, when available).
  • Priority Morning Delivery: Need them early? You can select our guaranteed morning delivery window (9:00 AM – 12:30 PM) at checkout for an additional fee.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For corporate clients, invoicing options are also available.

Will I receive confirmation of my order, and will the recipient receive a receipt?

Yes. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. The recipient will only receive the flowers and your personalized card—never the receipt or payment details.

What is the refund policy?

At Amarilis Flowers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your flowers arrive damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds may be issued as either full or partial, depending on the situation:


Full refund or replacement if the order was not delivered, arrived in poor condition, or did not match the product description.


Partial refund or credit if only part of the order was affected, or if approved substitutions were made due to seasonal availability.


Our team reviews each case individually to provide the fairest and most appropriate solution.

Is there a shipping fee?

Yes, delivery fees vary depending on the location in Toronto and the GTA.

Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Toronto?

Yes! Place your order before 12:00 PM (noon) for same-day flower delivery across Toronto and most of the GTA. Orders placed after noon will be delivered the next day.

Where can I enter my promo code?

Promo codes can be entered during checkout on the payment page. The discount will be applied before completing your order.

Where can I find discount codes or promotions Amarilis is offering?

Sign up for our newsletter and receive a 15% discount code via email for your first purchase. You can also follow us on Instagram and Facebook to access seasonal promotions and exclusive discount codes.

Are there any service fees?

No hidden fees. You’ll only see applicable taxes and delivery charges (if any) at checkout.

Can I add a personalized message with my flowers?

Yes, every order includes a free standard card with your personal message. If you’d like a premium or specialty card, an additional charge may apply.

Do you deliver flowers outside Toronto?

Yes, we deliver across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). For deliveries beyond the GTA, please contact us to confirm availability and delivery fees.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?

We do our best to accommodate requests for specific time windows. For guaranteed timed deliveries (e.g., before 10 AM), please contact us—additional fees may apply.

How do I care for my flowers once delivered?

To keep your flowers fresh longer:
- Trim stems diagonally under water.
- Replace water every 2 days.
- Keep away from direct sunlight and heating vents.

Flower care instructions are included with every order.

Do you offer flowers for weddings, events, or corporate gifts?

Yes! We specialize in wedding flowers, event floral arrangements, and corporate gifting in Toronto. Contact us for a personalized quote.

What happens if no one is home at the time of delivery?

If the recipient is not available, deliveries may be left with reception, security staff, or another designated person only if this has been clearly authorized by the customer. If no safe or authorized option is available, the delivery will need to be rescheduled and an additional delivery fee may apply.


To avoid issues, customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including:


Full address (house/apartment/unit number, building name, access codes if required).


Special instructions (e.g., “leave with security,” “deliver to reception,” or “hand directly to recipient”).


Clarifications in case of addresses with similar numbers (e.g., House A vs. House B).


Amarilis Flowers cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered orders if the delivery details are incomplete, unclear, or incorrect, or if the customer requests that the flowers be left unattended.

Do you guarantee fresh flowers?

Absolutely. All our bouquets are handcrafted with fresh, high-quality flowers sourced daily to ensure long-lasting beauty.
