At Amarilis Flowers, we provide reliable, handcrafted flower delivery across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across Toronto, Downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Etobicoke, North York, and Scarborough.

2. Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off Times
- Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 12:30 PM EST qualify for same-day delivery.
- Saturdays: Orders placed before 11:30 AM EST qualify for same-day delivery.
- Sundays: Pre-booked orders and scheduled Sunday event deliveries.

3. Standard Delivery Rates
- Standard Local Delivery: Included at $0.00 (FREE DELIVERY) for eligible local postal codes on our online store.
- Priority Morning Delivery: Available at checkout for time-sensitive floral deliveries.

4. Delivery Process & Protocols
- Residential Addresses: If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the floral arrangement in a sheltered, secure location by the door (or with building concierge) and take a timestamped proof-of-delivery photograph.
- Commercial & Office Buildings: Deliveries are handed to the front desk, reception, or mailroom following the property's security protocol.
- Hospitals & Funeral Homes: Please provide the patient/recipient name, room number, or service time to ensure smooth delivery.

5. In-Store Pickup Hubs
We offer complimentary in-store pickup at our two locations:
- Downtown Toronto: 11 Widmer St, Toronto, ON M5V 2E8
- Mississauga: 5030 Tenth Line W, Mississauga, ON L5M 7Z5
