Returns & Exchanges

Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, you may request a replacement by emailing an image of the damaged product to sales@amarilisflowers.ca. Replacements are subject to verification.
Promotions
Promotions, discounts, and coupons are subject to specific rules and cannot be combined. Only one promotion may be applied per order.
