Delivery Policy

• Delivery Area: We deliver within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). For deliveries outside this area, please contact us directly.
• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM(noon) qualify for same-day delivery in Toronto. Orders placed after noon will be delivered the next day or on the date you choose.
• Delivery Times: You may request morning or afternoon delivery windows. For guaranteed timed delivery (e.g., before 10 AM),an additional fee may apply.

Recipient Not Available:
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, Amarilis Flowers will attempt one of the following options, when clearly authorized by the customer:

• Leave the arrangement with building reception, security staff, or another designated person.
• Reschedule delivery at an additional delivery fee.

Customer Responsibility:

• Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including unit numbers, building names, access instructions, or distinctions when multiple homes share similar numbers (e.g., A/B).
• If instructions are incomplete, unclear, or incorrect, Amarilis Flowers cannot guarantee successful delivery.

Disclaimer:
Amarilis Flowers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered orders if:

• Incomplete, unclear, or incorrect delivery details were provided.
• The customer requested that the flowers be left unattended.

In such cases, replacements or refunds will not be issued, as the responsibility rests with the customer to ensure accurate and safe delivery information.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Because flowers are perishable and each arrangement is handcrafted, Amarilis Flowers applies the following guidelines.
• Cancellations: Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup are eligible for a full refund(excluding delivery fees, which are non-refundable). Once flowers have been prepared or are out for delivery, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds: Refunds may be full or partial, depending on the situation:

• Full refund or replacement if the order was notdelivered, arrived in poor condition, or significantly differed from the description.
• Partial refund or credit if only part of the order was affected, or if substitutions were required due to season al availability but the main design intent was maintained.
• Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products: Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear photo of the arrangement. Based on the review, Amarilis Flowers will determine whether are placement, full refund, or partial refund/credit is appropriate.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 3–6 business days.

Important Notes:

• Delivery fees are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made.
• Amarilis Flowers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered orders if incomplete, unclear, or incorrect delivery details are provided, or if the customer requests the flowers to be left unattended

Substitution Policy

• Occasionally, specific flowers or containers maybe unavailable due to seasonality or market conditions.
• We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and sentiment of your arrangement.
• If the substitution significantly alters the design, we will contact you before proceeding.

Payment Policy

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• All transactions are processed securely.
• Corporate clients may request invoicing for bulkor recurring orders.

Personalized Card Messages

• Each order may include a complimentary personalized message card.
• If you prefer a premium or specialty card, an additional charge may apply. Pricing will be shown at checkout before completing your order.

Service & Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees vary based on the destination within Toronto and the GTA.
• There are no hidden charges—only applicable taxes and delivery fees.
